‘Change factor’, a non profit making organization initiated by a group of professionals, is working for marginalized society with a mission to bring positive change in the life of deprived population through right based approaches. Its focus areas are Basic Health and Primary Education of deprived children of villagers and slum dwellers in the suburbs of Kolkata and North 24-Parganas.  ‘Change factor’ believes to strengthen the capacities of the marginal people by ensuring rights and access to the existing services provided by the government and other agencies. To complement Government initiatives, ‘Change factor’ initiates and promotes effective intervention through direct services, awareness generation and community sensitization since its formation.
